This is gonna take some work.
I thought I was relatively fit. After all, I have been working out with a trainer for the last year. But… even though I do three sets of 20 push ups on average three times a week.
I have some work ahead of me before I can puff through 100 push ups in a row.
Today I took my baseline. I was able to do 40 push ups before my arms quivered and gave out.
So, there we go. At least I know what I’m working towards now and how far I have to go.
